Every great home starts with a conversation.

Reach out to tell us about your vision, ask questions, and discuss your plans. If you already have architectural drawings, we'll review them and schedule a meeting at your property. If you're just getting started, we can connect you with trusted architects, draftsmen, or designers to help bring your ideas to life.
Your vision begins taking shape.

We work alongside you as your plans develop, answering questions, offering guidance, and helping you explore materials and finishes. From flooring and lighting to windows and other important details, we encourage you to stay involved. This early collaboration allows us to build a relationship and understand your expectations before any contract is signed or money is exchanged.
Know where your investment is going.

Once your plans are finalized, we begin gathering bids and developing a detailed construction estimate. Our pricing is broken down into 106 categories, giving you a clear understanding of the costs involved. We'll review the proposal together, make adjustments when needed, and move forward with a contract when you're ready.
From the foundation up.

After the contract is signed, we lay out your home on your property and begin construction. As the foundation, framing, and roofing take shape, we'll walk through the home together and review important details such as window sizes, door locations, and interior layouts. We'll also guide you through upcoming decisions about exterior materials, colors, and finishes.
A truly hands-on experience.

Throughout construction, Bob stays personally involved and meets with you weekly. We encourage you to visit the job site, ask questions, and get to know the team building your home. Together, we'll work through decisions about electrical layouts, plumbing, lighting, and custom details. Our goal is to make sure you're comfortable, informed, and involved as your home comes to life.
Our commitment doesn't end at move-in.

As construction wraps up, we'll complete several walkthroughs to review the details and make sure everything meets your expectations. After your final walkthrough, it's time to move in. If you discover items that need attention after settling in, we'll create a punch list and work through them. We don't simply finish a house and walk away — we stand behind the homes we build.
