From the first conversation to the final walkthrough, building with Stika is a collaborative process. We take the time to understand your vision, answer questions, explore ideas, and guide you through the decisions that turn a set of plans into your home.

Homeowners are encouraged to be involved throughout the build; from sharing inspiration and visiting suppliers to walking the home as it takes shape. We meet regularly, communicate what decisions are coming next, and make room for the ideas that happen along the way. Because custom shouldn't just describe the house. It should describe the experience.

No two Stika homes are the same, and with only a select number of homes built each year, every project receives a highly personal, hands-on approach.

Fully Custom Homes

Start with an existing plan and make it your own. Our semi-custom approach gives you the opportunity to personalize layouts, finishes, materials, and details while providing a more defined starting point for your build. Most Stika homes are completed within approximately 9–12 months, depending on the size, complexity, selections, and individual project.
